Web design:

We always prefer to develop projects together with our customers from the beginning, if this is wanted. At one point the customers needs to agree to one design, which then is legally binding for both parties. Any further changes in the design require another agreement.

Sireworks is not responsible for the content of websites that we created. After approval by the client and handing over the files of the website the content is beyond our control.


Content Management System (sireCMS):

All elements of the sireCMS (graphics, code, etc.) are protected by copyright; not allowed to be copied, altered, or reproduced without permission by Sireworks. sireCMS is made available to our customers; consent for maintain by us and/or altering the code is decided for every customer induvidually.

Our sireCMS have been tested and many different systems. The optimal system requirements you find in the help section after signing in to the sireCMS. Sireworks is not responsible for the proper configuration of the customer's local computer system, eventually network and firewall settings need to be adjusted for optimal use of sireCMS.
